About this Tutorial
Attending this tutorial will enable you to understand how to define and specify Mitigation Actions, as many as required. For each one you will be asked to complete details about timeline of the action, cost estimate, who is responsible for it and what is the expected impact on Risks after its completion. A summary of Risks and Mitigation Actions evaluation Dashboard will help you calibrate your organisation's Risk appetite. For example how much Risk you will manage to mitigate compared to an amount of Risk that will not be covered because you are prepared to accept.
